Click & Collect
If you would prefer to collect your purchase directly from No Limitz, then our free Click & Collect service is for you.
Simply place your order, pay online and then collect your purchase from our Bedford-based store.
You will be sent an email once your order has been processed and is ready for collection. This, typically, will be the next working day from date of purchase. Please note - orders taken over the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday.
There are some factors that may affect the processing time of your order such as stock availability, if we have to order a product directly from the supplier, or if you have any special requirements such as embroidery or initial personalisation.
If the delivery of your order has to be extended, we will contact you to discuss the options available.
For security reasons, purchases will only be released to the person who placed the order, and only upon production of the order confirmation email. A customer signature is also required.
Returns
At No Limitz, we want our customers to be happy with their purchases. If for some reason, you aren't 100% satisfied with your goods, you can return your purchase at any time within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of goods which are personalised or made to a customer's specification. Any items you would like to return must be unused and in their original packaging and condition. There is no need to phone us, simply follow the steps below:
