**We are unable to ship some heavier / bulkier items either nationwide or overseas due to shipping costs - examples include dumbbells, kettlebells, rebound nets, netball posts.  *ALL SCHOOLWEAR ORDERS & ALL PERSONALISED ITEMS may take up to 10 working days to be dispatched, as these items will need to be embroidered up with relevant club badges, initials, names and numbers etc before being sent out. Orders placed after 5:00pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.

UK Delivery Information
We always aim to deliver your orders as swiftly as possibly. Generally, all stocked items should be with you next day if ordered before 1:00pm and if we do have stock shortages, we will let you know that there may be a possible delay.

International Delivery Charges
Deliveries to Europe are charged at £20 per order and worldwide deliveries are charged at £30 per order. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. Orders placed after 5:00pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.

If delivery is unsuccessfully attempted and the parcel is returned to us (sender) by the courier/postal service, we will happily re-send it to you. Please note, however, that we will have to re-charge for delivery costs. We will contact you should this situation arise.

International Delivery Information
We always aim to deliver our orders as swiftly as possible. Generally, all stocked items should be delivered to Europe within 14 working days and to worldwide destinations within 21 working days. If we do have stock shortages, we will try and inform you of possible delays in delivery.

Returns
At No Limitz, we want our customers to be happy with their purchases. If for some reason, you aren't 100% satisfied with your goods, you can return your purchase at any time within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of goods which are personalised or made to a customer's specification. Any items you would like to return must be unused and in their original packaging and condition. There is no need to phone us, simply follow the steps below:
